I have a Sanyo TV, model AVM-20F5 (2002 year, flat CRT 20") which is
completely dead- no relay click. Only life is 165V on B+ pin of regulator.

5 pin Regulator is a KA 3S0680RF (# on part is 3S0680RF) and out of
circuit, I measure some low resistances- pin 2-4= 32 Ohm, pin 2-5= 4.8
ohm, pin 4-5= 35 ohm. I'm not familiar with this reg, but these
measurements appear to be too low. Found a data sheet at Fairchild
semiconductor for similar but not the same reg., and it shows some
diodes inside the chip which if shorted would probaly give me those
readings.

Through research but not finding the exact data sheet I need, I did
learn that the digits "06" in my part number mean 6 Amps and the "80"
mean 800V if that could help someone in the future.

Zener diode D809 is open and I can't make out the stamping on it.

Does anyone have any manufacturer's (Samsung, JVC, etc.) cross ref. for
this regulator and/ or the value for zener D809?

One note, there is a stamping on corner of main board, maybe the chassis
#, not sure:

PTBM08
KEC-VER:011019

Thanks for any help.
