[TechAssist] Sanyo CTV Model DS31590

This set when powered on,relay will click on and then clicks off
again.The hot and the reg are not shorted.Resistors in the reg ckt are
ok.The raw B+ is at 145v.The collector v at the hot is at 80v.I have
checked alot of components but cannot find any open or shorted.
I disconnected the yoke to see if the it was causing the problem but
still the same.If someone here has some tips or idea's,i would apreciate
it very much.Thanks.
