Hello everyone,
I am a one man shop on a part time basis, I own a campground in Minnesota
and only do tv / vcr repairs in the off season. I live in a small town,
with limited customers, and can't afford to buy schematics and manuals for
every model that comes in for fixing so this site helps me tremendously. I
don't reply back to many of the emails because by the time I check my email
at night, many others have already responded. Also without manuals and
schematics it is tough to send an educated response. I fix 95% of my
problems without schematics, basically just use good old fashioned
troubleshooting and the tips from this site, so you can see Tech Assist has
helped me greatly. I have also sent a check to the Kellers and my prayers
for a speedy and complete recovery.
Hopefully everyone will help, even if just a little, it's the proper thing
to do!
