[TechAssist] Samsung PCL5415RB where can I buy module?

Everyone was right this set is board replacement, have been to Samsung enet
site and they list only FOX and Herman as suppliers for parts. Both these
suppliers say this is an invalid model number and they do not sell parts for
it!!! Can anyone give me the Samsung contact phone number to purchase this
module? It is BP94-00320A. Really appreciate the help. Terry
