[TechAssist] Samsung PCH521. No vertical deflection, schematic of the deflection circuit needed?

This PCH521 has no vertical deflection, can only see the hor. line when the
G2 is turned up.
I replaced the vert. IC - no help.
Does anyone have any notes related to vertical failure problems, or maybe a
schematic diagram of the vertical deflection circuit to share with us?
