[TechAssist] Samsung Combo, CMX1974, part ID

Hello all, a lot of confusion over this one, part location IC801S 5 pin
regulator. My local parts guy never heard of it and it does not cross at NET
site.
Two numbers on the part are FS0230 and just under that is 5Q0740RT. Im
guessing the second number is the part number. Can anyone help with an ID or
cross or
suitable sub?
