Jim,

Check your 5v to the micro.
I had a bypass cap on the 5v rail go short on a STR-DE845 not so long ago.

Yeah, I know, it sounds like a no-brainer...but...
The 12v standby supply is good and the power relay driver transistor is
good. The unit is so dead that i originally thought i was going to find a
blown fuse!

Anyone have an easy answer before i have to dig through all those sub-regs
and micro?
