[TechAssist] SONY KV32S40 *Intermittent Green Screen*

I have a SONY KV32S40 that intermittently when turning on the screen goes GREEN
with retrace and then you lose the PIX but still have Audio. If you shut it off
and it will turn on okay.
Has anyone ever come across this problem?
