[TechAssist] SERVICE MENU CODES FOR ATC CHASSIS?

Anybody have the proceedure to get error codes for a ATC chassis?
I have a 60 mile round trip on this set. RCA T.A. told me to take a "small
signal board" with me, I did, it didn't help.
The set will shutdown initially when playing DVD's (built in DVD player) Now
it does it on cable as well.
RCA wants "ERROR CODES" but when I try the normal: MENU, POWER, VOL+ it shuts
the set off.
