Perry, here's what I found in my notes on that model:
1. Picture and sound pulsing can't lock in. = R106 27K 1Watt B+ Supply to
Tuner.
2. Looks like bad tuner. Gets some channels & AFT shifts. Voltage on pin 47
of IC101 toggles from 8 to .6v tuning T161. = ( IC101 BAD)
