[TechAssist] Repair tip for JVC Stereo Receiver RX-R75BK, distorted low sound

This is a repair tip for a JVC Stereo Receiver model RX-R75BK. The 
receiver had very low and distorted sound.

I found there was no -15V B+ going to the audio input jack board on the 
rear. On main board, found C814, 47uF 25V shorted. Also replaced IC302 
on the input jack board. It is a TC9164N, audio input selector switch. 
Also replaced R361, 68 Ohm 1/4 W resistor, B+ source to IC302.
