This JVC TV AV27330 chassis A110 came into the shop with intermittant
good video then blue screen. This cycle would occur every second or two.
Tapping around on the board was quite sensitive.

Solution:

Found a connection with no solder- junction of a resistor and capacitor
in series (manually wired at the junction of the two parts, above the
circuit board, as in perhaps a factory modification, with one leg of the
resistor and one leg of the cap each mounted through holes and soldered
to the board). It was a 1k Ohm, 1/8 W resistor and a 47uF 25V cap.

Description of the location of this pair of components:

-Very close to IC201 pin 28. Stamped on the board at the parts location,
was W281, and also directly beside the mention parts, was printed on the
board,

-------- 10 . 01 ---------
