[TechAssist] Rca\GE Model # G31151WK\ In parental lock

A customer called me this afternoon and say's that he just got back home
after 5 months and when he turned his tv on,all he gets on the screen is
"Parental" which I told him that somebody might of put in a password to
activate the parental feature but he say's that its only him and his
wife and neighter one did that.Anyway,I told him to try unplugging the
set for a few min and see if its ok now.I asked him to get into the
customer menu,parental menu and see if he can deactivate that feature
but he cannot.The # of the chasis is torn off he say's but I think its
an early ctc169.Does anyone here have an idea as to how to get it out of
parental lock? I just can't remember.The set is at customers home and I
have not seen it yet but don't want to make the trip without being able
to help him.Thanks.
