It's awful hard to double check your work in one of
these.Electrosound,800-441-6110 sells these Tuners rebuilt
for about $30.
What was the original symptom.Anytime I've seen one
of these IC's bad the entire band(Vl,Vh,U) will be
stuck on the same channel.
