[TechAssist] RCA f27250 fixed!

hello,

just wanted to thank everyone for the input once more on the dead rca tv,
what the problem was ,,cold solder connection on jc403,jc411, and r4104 was 
not open but had cold solder. th 'jc's' are surface mount jumpers on the 
bottom of the board, i didnt realize that at first because i didnt have a 
print. but,,, it worked.
