[TechAssist] RCA VCR VR520 (ABL9670065) blue screen in PB, fix

Sound track OK. Blue screen only.The video drum seemed visably to be
spinning too slow.Pulled a check in my Teck repair CD and found a lot of
electrolytics go bad.
Five lytics, all 10 mfd/16v or 25v around the motor control IC IC602
(XRA6459P1) open. One additional 10mfd (C868) in the PS board bad. Also
one in tuner ckt C1804 (47mfd/50V) corroded.
Suspect ANY 10 Mfd/16-25V cap in this unit.
My Dick Smith ESR meter from Anatek was a must.
Unit runs OK now.
