[TechAssist] RCA TV model F32672SB, CTC187CL3, Regulator IC runs very hot (U4101)--Any ideas???

Set came in with the reg. IC U4101 (STK 730-150) shorted. Replaced with the
same, but the IC only lasted 20 min. before it shorted. Replaced it again
with STK 730-030 and CR4106 (130V diode) and also found R4126 (30K off raw
B+ primary side).
Ran set for 4 hours and it works ok, but Reg. heatsink is very, very hot. I
am a little afraid it will fail again. Anyone have an idea??
