What do you mean L14401 ok?
It may check OK, but I suggest you remove the solder and apply fresh, then check
set.

Subject: [TechAssist] RCA TV CTC203CA5 Audio, No High Voltage
Set will come on with audio, no high voltage. Chipper check shows U13102,
U12101, U11601, U18100, and tuner is ok. All voltages in power supply check
ok except 130 volts which is 139 volts. Voltages on T14401 at pins 6, 8, & 9
are not there. Insert Horiz. Drive at base of Q14302 and high voltage comes
up and set has picture but tuner still will not change channels. All
resistors from pin 22 on IC U12101 to Q14302 check ok. Coil L14401 is
alright also. Please advise if anyone has seen this problem. Harry
