PTK195
Symptom: No video, sound okay, good video in pip, OSD okay
Fix: R18123 (360ohm chip resister) located off U18100 pin 49 (located
beside tuner under metal shield). Resister goes high, supplies 3.3v to
pin 49 (U18100)
