Found it! the winding on pin four of T4301(Horiz. driver transformer) 
had broken at the solder connection where it attatches to pin 4 of T4301 
which of course took away the B+ for the horizontal driver transistor 
Q4302, I now have a running set with an arcing Red anode lead, isn`t TV 
work fun ! Thanks to all who sent help, I do appreciate it.
