This set turned out to have coolant on the board. Very little, but enough
to cause problems. The spot on the convergence board was pretty obvious,
the one on the main board was hard to find. It had migrated under the
shield around the micro and spread along its length.
These sets have a gutter but apparently when the set was moved by the client
some coolant splashed to the boards.
