[TechAssist] RCA P52955, PTK195W1B bowed, no convergence. fix

The top and bottom severly bowed, no convergence. Checking the 
convergence power supply module, no voltage outputs. Changed the 
STK730-130 with no help. Verified with a scope it was turned off. Not 
oscillating.
A closer inspection of this module found an open R19722 :150K ohm 
resistor in the feedback ckt. Replacement restored operation. Did a 
touch up convergence and out the door.
And the customer said..
Oooooh yeah...
