[TechAssist] RCA P52939 PTK195S1B Black fuse only problem

This RCA big screen was dead I replaced the 5 amp fuse and brought it up
slowly on the variac and everything works fine. This was strange because the
customer said they went to bed got up in the am and it was dead there where
no storms or power problems that night so I thought I would mention it here
in case I am missing something.
