[TechAssist] RCA Model P61310 Chassis DTV307GC [ 2002 model ] Dead set - NO green light

Hi Techs,
I need to make a long S/C on this PTV.
This will be my first incounter for the DTV307 chassis.
I know they are hard to work on,....but, I want to give it a try.
This set is Dead, with NO green light.
Does anybody have any fixes in their data bases for a Dead set (No start),
(NO green light), condition for this chassis ?
Any help is appreciated.
