Hello everyone,
I am still in the dog house on this one.
I changed the micro & eprom and still no go. Can anybody tell be what the B+ 
should be in the standby condition? I have 153.4 volts at the hot. I tried a 
40 watt bulb for a load and get 140 volts there, but all other voltage 
supplies are still high. Can this cause the micro to lock up?
