[TechAssist] RCA ITC008 and Chipper Checker

Hi guys,
I have a customer tryingto hook up his ITC008 chassis with the TECI1 adaoter
and Chipper checker but he is having problems.
The plug from the back of the set to the adapter is too short.
The 3 prong plug on the side of the adapter goes where?
Obviously it won't communicate now. Is there a trick to hooking the ITC008 up?
