[TechAssist] RCA HD65W40 ATC311A2 hv leak at focus/screen control

RCA HD65W40 ATC311A2
We found resistors R14705, R14719, R14718 open. Replaced resistors and hv
splitter # 258512
Now have hv leaking somewhere around focus/screen control assy.
The screen lead from flyback has a capacitor in line to the "f/s" control. IS
THIS NORMAL?
Another tech has been here before me so I don't know if this is normal.
Any help appreciated.
