RCA F36676ET (CTC197CD) Symptom 1: set would come on instantly shutdown and click two times. Solution : Monitored B+ as set came on, B+ went to 94 v, replaced fly pn237506. Symptom 2: set had very dark raster , screen v was 145v. Solution: replace C15101 on CRT board (.001/3kv). Symptom 3: when bright scene came on, arcing a t bottom of pix. Solution: I used an RCA fly because I had one in stock, and it came with R14704 and C14710 (THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE CHANGED), I changed cap but not resistor. Resistor(82k carbon comp) was breaking down, you could gently tap on resistor and it would start arcing, A first on this set, hth.
