I had a similar problem a while back. Check L12301 for bad solder
connections and Q12301 for EB short.

Hi Guys,
BRAND: RCA
MODEL: F36665
CHASSIS: CTC203CX
SYMPH: TV set will play fine, then the video will intermittently go dark
then back on by itself if you tap the PIP board I assume by the tuner it
comes and goes, I have resolderd all possible connection on chassis with no
luck I even took apart the board by the tuner that I believe to be the PIP
or AUX input jacks and went over all connections still nothing and we
replaced IC U12101 video chip, has anybody ran into this type of problem yet
any help would be appreciated.
