[TechAssist] RCA F32730SB Chassis CTC179CM Dead

This set came in dead on the variac it tried to turn on 3 times the nothing.
I found CR4110 shorted. I replaced it with RCA part number 243636 set is now
running normally. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any other reasons
that CR4110 would short.
