[TechAssist] RCA F31317 - CTC203CA5 - Confirm IFT part number.

I replaced the IFT in this set, cause it was arcing and poping at turn on.
Now the relay just clicks about 5 times, and then dead.
I am wondering if my distributor sent me the right part. I used OEM part #
244247.
The first time I powered it on, there was just a vertical line, due to a
weak connection of the Horz yoke plug. After I corrected that problem, the
set failed to turn on. It tries several times, but then goes quiet.
I see a fix for a shorted Xray protect transistor Q14901 (but no part number
for it). I am going to check that next, but, I first need to know if I used
the correct part for the IFT.
Any help is appreciated.
