Hey Ed, I just did some checking on that number of yours.
There were 3 sets with the same chassis, F31200, G31100,
G31150. Sams has a Photocopy listing for it. It is 119 pages
long. I think it would cost you about $35.00 to get them to
copy it for you. If it were me, I would tell the customer
that it was time to buy a new set. That sucker is 14 years
old, and would make a great boat anchor. My supplier says
good luck on parts. Sometimes it is better to let a repair
go, than to pursue a headache. Good luck my friend.

F31200 when entered into parts finder does not list a chassis
number but
does reference the service data to model G31100/31150-S1
issued 06/24/1988.
Enter G31100 still no chassis number and service data is 1987
G31100/31150.
Any help?
