Ken, I don't have the exact schematic, but have one for a # TX81. Does your set have IS01 as the audio amp(output)IC? If it does pin 5 is the VCC pin, should be 14.5v. I had this problem with a #TX82, and the problem was a open resistor in the 16v line, RP54(.27ohm), between the flyback and diode DP21.
