Have to make a call on this and its a fair distance to go.

Customer said set was running, power went off and when came back on set 
was dead, set was on surge protect power outlet and no other equippment 
damaged.

At turn on nothing, no light flashing 3 times, just dead.

Does this set have a light box like other RCAs? First one of these I 
have seen.
