I had a CTC203 two days ago with a similar problem. By getting a service  
line I found that the same problem existed. That is, the red line was not red  
etc. Hooked the chassis up to a test jig and everything was OK. A new picture  
tube corrected the problem. The original had a displaced shadow mask
