R14119 is 15k 2w, the diode is a 33v zener. The resistor is the fuseable
power supply into the 33v source. Check cr14106. There are lots of bad
IHVTs in this chassis series, but I have not seen one that would do this.
Even so it is something to consider.
If you purchase the lit buy the CD instead of the paper. You will get
thousands of models and the program is easy to use.
