RCA CTC203664, model F27664 (SAMS 4336).  Push power switch, TV tries to start, 
pulsates three times and shuts off.  HV comes up to 15KV.  I can inject a 
signal at the base of the HOT and get 25KV and then measure the scan voltages.  
Then I have no video and no sound.  Screen dark.  Checked SMPS and other things 
including L4401.  Any help here?  TIA   Kenny
