[TechAssist] RCA CTC203 VERT FIX/ save some time

Hi. I didn't see this fix on the groups yet so, if I missed it sorry
Problem - really odd vert deflection problem. Kinda ok on the bottom but all
strange retrace lines on the top. freezing or tapping might make it work,
might not
I found 2 of these sets so far that had a bad crimp in the vert yoke leads
where they connect to the chassis. The solder connections are ok but in the
white connector the crimping is bad ( looks ok)
Fix by cutting connector off and soldering the 2 leads right to the chassis.
