[TechAssist] RCA CTC197 Lock up?

Problem: Locks Up?
Hi Everyone:
Have this chassis in shop & what it does is after playing for a
while the menu will pop up on the screen, then you cannot do anything,
clear menu, change channels, etc, no buttons function. Have to unplug
set & wait awhile for set to return to normal & then after a while
happens again. Check caps in 5 volt like to micro, all seems good,
scoped 5 volt like looks clean, lost on this one. Has anyone seen this
before? Any Help is appreciated !
