Check R4720 Open Off Ihvt-10  and C4703  47uf/250 Open On The 200v Line

Also ...always replace Cr4118 164590 Ecg580  even if it test OK.

C4102 (2.2 UF 100V 105C 195691), C4104 (15 UF 63V 189982),  Should be
replaced also.

When ever you work on this chassis...these should be replaced if they are
the original parts.
