Have you inspected the unit for coolant leakage?Remove the black plastic 
cover ( on top of the crts) and look for coolant at the bottom edge on crt 
mounting housing.
 Had on about 3 weeks ago had to replace the 7in gaskets and anodes and 
refill.HTH
