[TechAssist] RCA 52GW947 Chassis PTK195PB Horz tearing

This set came in dead, found the flyback (239111) bad. Replaced it and set
looks good but when there is a horizontal line on the picture it tears all
the way across the picture it looks like arcing from the high voltage block
when a wire is not pushed in right. All the wires in the high voltage block
are in tight and correct. Is there any tips for this problem anywhere I
looked in the archives but found nothing for this problem.
