[TechAssist] RCA 31" F31700GG, CTC169JS6 G2 screen@ min, still retrace lines

This was given to us. Turned it on and had a good picture except was
too bright and retrace lines. Turned the G2 screen pot down until at
minimum. Picture looks good until the scene fades out and can notice the
retrace lines and basckground illumination indicating still g2 too
high.Any issues on these 169's on this? I think it has a small seperate
focus/screen assy clipped to back of flyback.
