[TechAssist] Question on Sony 32V15

Hi there is there anybody that can tell me whether using a variac set to 30v
ac I am reading 78v on the collector of Q601 and 39v on collector of Q602. Is
this correct or will this thing still take the trans out at full voltage.I did
find a partly shorted HO trans when this came in but didn't show until I
isolated it.
