[TechAssist] Question about Norton System Works Pro

I have been using Norton SystemWorks Pro 2003 (includes Norton
Antivirus, ultilities, Ghost, etc.) and I have no complaints about it's
features or operation.
Now, I am about to format and reload my hard drive. I have a retail box
of Norton Systemworks Pro 2004. Apparently they now have an activation
code for it, similar to Windows XP, to keep people from installing it on
more than one system.
My concern is this:
I have 3 hard drives for this one computer. All 3 drives are the exact
same model. I keep the main hard drive in a pull-out bay in the
computer, so I can pull it out and slip in one of the other two backup
drives whenever I want. Will Norton 2004 with it's activation sensing
determine that I am attempting to run their software on 3 computers,
even though it is really just one computer with 3 interchangable hard
drives? If this is the case, then I'd be better off sticking with 2003
version. Also, are there really any significant advantages to using 2004
version, or is it just a way for Symantec to make huge profits? I read
that 2004 version can intercept some spyware coming into the system.
Does that work any good?
