[TechAssist] Quasar TV-VCR

This is a model VV1220A. The unit came in with a tape stuck in it. I
found the cassette load/unload motor belt broken. I replaced the belt.
Now it won't take the tape. Also the video on the TV is smeared and
washed out. It looks something like AGC symptoms. On a strong signal the
screen goes almost all white.
Any ideas on this one?
