[TechAssist] Quasar Model VV2008W

Just had this Quasar TV/VCR Combo brought in.  Draws a few watts of pwr in
stby & has a slight increase when pwr button is pushed.  Total watts drawn
about 5 watts.  Has no pix or sound, but has a green timer light that
blinks.  Need some advise or print.  Any one have either?  Appreciate it.
