Thanks Kevin, will give it a try.
However, I do have high voltage, just no horizontal sweep. A straight
line from top to bottom
dead center of the screen. I'm certain the burned component is the
problem, but what, if any,
other defect caused the part to burn is what I will have to
investigate. Maybe flyback. 
Thanks for the tip.

I got an email from Gary Perlin at Speco Technologies. They are going
to email me a print.
Thank heaven for tech assist.

Serviceability is important to our school system and if things work out
I will put Pro Video on the
acceptability list.
