Subject: [TechAssist] ProScan PS27113 - CTC169- Shorts HOT when turning set off.
This ProScan(RCA) PS27113 w/ CTC169 chassis. Found a shorted Q4401(HOT).
Replaced it and it ran OK. When I turned it off I could see the horizontal
collapse to a bright squiggly line in center. Then I found HOT shorted
again. Anyone have any ideas?
