[TechAssist] Planar PDP42BK Plazma No Picture

This plazma comes on with just distorted snow then blacks out. There is a buzz
like sound coming from the board on the far right that drives the display.This
board has a big heat sink that also gets very hot. I dont have a service manual
but I am in the process of finding the company to get some info. This plazma
has a LG logo with a model # PDP42V5 on the inside. If anyone has worked on one
of these or has any help, let me know. I haven't worked on very many plazmas
and never heard of Planar, but I assume the product is really a LG product.
